At Tealeaves, we believe in blending.
We have been the blender of choice for five-star hotels and Michelin chefs worldwide for twenty years. And now, you. Blending is at the core of our philosophy. We have earned our global reputation for skillfully pairing teas and botanicals to craft the ultimate palate experience.
Flowery Earl Grey - A cup of liquid sunshine - citrusy bergamot uplifts in this traditional blend hand-crafted with ceylon black tea. Ingredients: Black tea, natural bergamot oil, cornflower petals. Bergamot oil comes from a small citrus grown in Italy (first press and cold pressed), lending its distinctive aroma to this traditional estate black tea.
English Breakfast - One of the world's favourite morning teas, English Breakfast blends complex malty Indian and copper-liquor Ceylon teas with the brightness of a China keemun. Ingredients: When tea replaced ale as the favoured beverage at the breakfast table, it was an unblended China Keemun that was drunk. Blended true to the origin of 'English Breakfast', our connoisseur grade is mostly Keemun with just a hint of Ceylon to sweeten.
Cold & Flu Blend - Drink to ease aches & pains, congestion, lower fever & clear your head to improve focus and feel better. Ingredients: Peppermint leaves, ginger root, thyme leaves, orange peel, lemongrass, and vitamin C.Ginger, peppermint, orange peel and lemongrass are carefully selected for their health benefits. Drink to ease aches and pains, congestion, lower fever, and clear your head to improve focus and feel better.
Herbal Spiced Chai - This herbal adaptation of our original house blend eschews black tea and is naturally caffeine-free. Ingredients: Chicory, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon bark, nutmeg, ginger, licorice, star anise, and chai flavour. The traditional view of Chai blending has been to use sub-standard Assam cheap black tea with readily available market spices. Our blending philosophy is to use only high-quality spices with strong, aromatic character and to carefully balance the competitive notes of cardamom against the mouth-numbing cloves and strong cinnamon. This means we are not simply throwing a selection of old spices together with bad tea, but rather starting from quality and building out a complex, spicy chai with integrity.
Mountain Berry - A ripe and fruity melange of SUPERFOOD Saskatoon berries (native to Canada), red and black currants, raisins, and wild blueberries. Elderberry, hibiscus, currant, Saskatoon berry, and flavours. Fruit teas (tisanes) are a much healthier alternative to the sugary drinks on the market these days; they are all-natural, caffeine-free, and have no added sweeteners.
Volume: 100g / 3.52 oz Produces 50 cups of tea.
