Operating out of a warm and welcoming Vancouver kitchen since 2014, Cahoots Simple Syrups is made from top quality, locally sourced ingredients and brewed using a long, cold-steeping process that captures and enhances flavours. Add these syrups to drinks, pour over desserts, ice cream and yogurts, or use in salad dressings or marinades. Whether you're a gourmet cook or just starting to experiment (like me), these syrups will make eating and drinking even better.

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Gin
  • 3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4oz Cahoots Hibiscus

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker, shake with ice. Strain into a champagne flute, top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
