Mother's Day Ideas - Ceramics May 05 2014
We have some beautiful new ceramics in the shop, just in time for Mother's Day!
Vitrifiedstudio ceramics from Portland, Oregon, are hand-thrown and designed by Shelley Martin in her backyard studio. Her work is a dreamy addition to the shop with its earthy colours, simple shapes and two-toned glazing.
Cathy Terepocki out of Chilliwack, BC is most well known in the shop for her mugs with illustrated decals and we love the new pieces she has recently brought in that feature really great colour, shape, pattern and texture.
Our regular favourites are also brilliant pieces and good to keep in mind for a special Mother's Day gift.
Heyday Design ceramic jars are made from the moulds of old glass jars and created by Claire Madill in Vancouver, BC. They are glazed on the inside and foodsafe as a water glass or for any other use.
